Survey Results
Wed 8th December, 2010 by Face Your Elephant
Over last summer we collected a whole range of survey data from all our guests at festivals, including carbon footprints and asking people what they thought they knew about climate change. De Montfort University researcher Richard Fletcher has been trawling over the data and is in the process of analysing all the gathered information.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key findings:
- 97% stated that human activity was either solely responsible, or contributed to CC
- Around half stated that they knew little or nothing about CC, CO2 and carbon footprinting.
- 30% stated they were doing ‘a lot’ to reduce their energy use
- 11% had a degree or higher in a science related subject

Analysis of the results can be found on our team blog, or you can view each part here - [1] [2] [3] [4] . More results will be published periodically, so check back to see what we find.
