Face Your Elephant returns to Summer Sundae for another weekend of sun and dancing at Leicesters exquisite De Montfort Hall. On the Sunday we had Sir Peter Soulsby join the Face Your Elephant team for a couple of hours to talk to festival goers about their carbon footprints.
